    Garage sale score

The sign said “TOOLS”. It was actually a huge box of wrenches and screwdrivers. I’m good there. Off by itself was a Donegon Optical Optivisor (#5 lens). Hmm? I’ve been thinking about investing in one. How much? Two bucks. Sold. I used it tonight while sharpening some chisels. It’s probably the most useful $2 accessory I have.
Sharp solves all manner of problems.

I love mine, and use it increasingly as I age. I don't much care for the little lamp that I bought with it. The clips fall off and the wires hang uncomfortably across my face. I have a little LED gooseneck desk lamp that I use to add light to small operations like letter carving and cutting small dovetails. But otherwise they work great. Light and comfortable.

    Enjoy!

Best 2 dollars you'll ever spend Rob. Mine spends more time on my head then off these days.
