Shaper groove cutter

Looking for a groove cutter in a 1/2" size for shaper with 1 1/4" bore, about 220-240 millimeter diameter.
I know there are adjustable cutters available, but looking for something a bit more friendly to the credit card. Thanks.

Absolutely, I've heard of folks getting stuff in as little as 3 days (including me for custom knives in Ontario!) but better to count on more days than that.
