    Thanks! Yes it is cherry with waterlox finish. I bought the wood in 2010 after a big storm knocked it down. It is all from the same tree. A sawyer was actually keeping it for himself and while I was looking at some other fresh cut lumber he was selling I talked him into selling it to me. Stacked in my garage until recently.
