    Rattle can nozzles

Where can I get a replacement nozzle for a Krylon spray can so I can spray the paint fan shaped, not in a cone?

Krylon sells a "snap and spray can handle" and the ebay listing says it allows "adjustable pattern control" but I haven't seen this information anywhere else.

    All advice welcome! thanks, Mark

Check the front of the nozzle.
There might be a square plate with the opening in it.
They used to rotate so you could vary the output from cone to fan.

That's going back a few decades though and that feature my not be on cans anymore.

That rotating nozzle made the fan pattern for vertical or horizontal spraying. It never was so sophisticated to change from cone to flat.

I could have sworn that Seymour of Sycamore at one time had tried a variable nozzle way back in the infancy of rattle cans - the early/mid 1960s - just a short time after aerosol cans came out.
I could be way off base and wrong though since it was so long ago & I was just a teenager.
