past had seen it stated "some Kale" is biennial. Same time some of what is growing there this is second or third year. Some of it might have come in for the winter not grown and then replanted and now be a number of years but id have to go look at start or garden photos from each year. I cut the flowers off that just grew again a second time and now its just see how large the leaves grow or if they stay small. some of the plants near the end of this row have bushed out nicely. Its possible they are one or two years old but minimum this is their second year and they will be fine. They still had flowers but not like other where they were growing fast and tall. Will see if the cropping holds them down and makes them bush out. yes did plant more seeds the other day that way im covered with more than enough and can still give some to people that ask.
