    My niece is now working for Lowes. Part of her job is calling people who bought custom order stuff and have not picked it up. Many commercial. buyers use Lowes ship to store as a free warehouse. Some stuff will sit over 30 days. They threaten to sell it. They do sell it after so long depending on how much room they have left.

    I ended up just buying it at Home Depot and having it shipped to my house for free. I was hoping to look in person as I'm trying to match some existing, but thankfully it seems like what I got is plenty close (if not identical). Good thing I was trying to match white, not something weirder.
