Thread: Since cheap tools seem to be en vouge

    I'll send the third from left- with ebony wear strips. The sole needs to be trued but it's otherwise in pretty good shape.

    Jay, this is a very nice plane with what seems like really nice steel. The steel has a really nice finish with a tsushima stone. Preliminary toying around with it has been very promising. Thanks again! And thanks for the cedar strip. It was weirdly timely because I’m preparing to strip the bathroom in my apt to the studs and rebuild. The plan is to go for a real onsen vibe with lots of cedar trim. I was leaning lighter with AYC, but now I’m kinda moving to the darker side of things.

    Stoked to have this plane in the kit!
