Buy a piazza and get a free little three legged support for finishing flat objects. Better then homemade with ply and some nail. It will not go through your skin if stepped on. We call them Barbie tables in this household.
Looking for a photo online I found out you can buy them from Amazon et al.

The Piazza del Duomo in Syracuse is one of my favorites, but I really don't see it fitting into the shop!Great pastry shops across from the Duomo.

I thought this was going to be about don't eat pizza while finishing because the grease will mess up finishes.

I thought it might be about installing a wood fired pizza oven in the shop to double as a space heater.
