    Me too, it would help to see an image of how the Veritas tongue cutting blade fits in a #45.

    Those cutters are to run BEVEL DOWN...as they do tend to work a bit better, that way.....just a heads up...

    Oh ya, I missed that when I put it in. I was more concerned about the fit against the plane and the relationship to the adjustment screw. Good point, and this is what I get for doing this quickly in the middle of other stuff!

    I have a 1/2 and 3/4 come and go that I normally use.

    Thanks Mike, my recollection is the Stanley match cutters / tongue cutters are rather long for the Veritas Small Plow Plane unless one wants to do a lot of grinding.
