Beginning to do some New Year’s cleaning here and here’s a custom, hand forged axe that I’ve owned for several years and have never used. This is an early Jason Lonon bearded single bevel (right handed) carving or side axe. The handle is about 13” long and it’s light weight for having essentially a 6” head. It can be held down on the carved handle for more power or you can snug you hand up by the head to make very precise, finishing cuts. Also includes a custom heavy duty sheath. This is a really nice axe that is unbelievably sharp and ready to go. Asking $225 plus shipping (which would be medium flat rate box).
