    Die, fly. Die.

    I bought myself a Xmas gift. It's a Bug-a-salt gun. Heh heh.
This thing is wicked bad to flies. This version 3.0 has a stronger spring, and shoots a good load of salt. 2" patern at 3'.
Kleenex gets a hole punched through at 4".

Never, under any circumstances, consume a laxative and sleeping pill, on the same night

I wonder how it would work on Carpenter bees.

I like the HF electric fly squatter. I do not want salt all over the house.

It works well enough but you have to hit them, which can be challenging. It's also a good idea to stomp on them while they're down since sometimes they'll brush it off and fly away.

have some now, likely the indoor garden. I have a senco 1/2" crown 1 1/2" to 2" staple gun with no safety. im sure it would do the job.

It's quite a challenge getting a fly with those. I have 2 of them. They're better for mosquitoes. I like the way those little buggers go 'SNAP' when you get em.

Yes , it will work unless the salt hits the tool belt , hard hat , boots, safety glasses , wallet, or cell phone. In all of those cases the bees
are counted as peppered , but not a-salted.

Well, you're supposed to aim at the bug. Not your cell phone, tool belt, glasses, or hard hat.

I know of a few restaurants that could use them.

I love these things and own three of them. The missus freaks out when a bug gets into the house. I used to take care of them with a rubber band, and still do when it's a long range shot on a spider up on the high ceiling, but everything else gets the salt. One of them is the enhanced garden model with laser, a must have for summertime outdoor dining when the flies want to share your smashburgers.

My guys got a couple for the crew trailer on our current project and had great fun with them. I thought about it for my shop but don't want salt all of the place either. I will have to look into the electric fly swatter for next summer.
    Regards,

    Kris
