I am thinking of ordering one before jan 8 2023
I have asked them a bunch of questions and they are slow getting back to me/
It a motorized version of shaper origin and it can take a 3-4mm bite with a 1/4 bit
I have the shaper origin and its ok limited to a small area, goliath might be able to
work a 4x8 area
it should be able to do the same work as shaper origin https://youtu.be/jB_KVhurj_E
It looks like a CNC, without all the structure. It also looks like one can put it on a sheet of 3/4" and it will cut out all your parts for you.
it does but if you have ever used a router by hand you know the forces that can exist so i am wondering how its going to work out
slippage?
The fact that you have to ask if anyone has one should suggest limited adoption. The price is likely a major deterrent. I paid less than that for my OneFinity 48 x 32" CNC. Portability is worth something, but still, that's a lot of coin for something alternatives can do better, for less.

This has been around for a couple of years, it has yet to gain any traction (no pun intended)

Hard to say if it's the machine or finding a place in the market that's the issue
