    Painting PVC Trim

Guys purchase some of that brick mold trim made out PVC for our exterior door. Anything special needed, such as a bonding primer or special finish kind paint? Guessing to rough sand pieces then bonding primer then just normal latex coat paint.

I work in the building products industry and use that type of trim. If the customer wants white (usually) we don't touch it. If they want a custom color we paint it. When we paint we scuff sand, use an adhesion promoter, and use a finish intended for PVC. Our customers are looking for an Automotive grade finish. Latex exterior paint might be fine as long as you scuff sand and prime. That said, you may need to repaint every couple of years.
Sharp solves all manner of problems.
