When it comes to that lathe, and the 39 inch bed extensions,, can you add 2 of those 39 inch extensions to that Lathe ? Or, can the Lathe only handle one extension?

It probably could be able to handle that. Main thing would be making sure every thing lines up and is supported properly. Don't know if they make legs for the Vic 300 or not. Guessing you have some big columns to turn??? Ask Vicmark, or the dealers, like Woodworker's Emporium, or even Craft Supplies.

There's a used long bed Vicmarc 300 in Wisconsin for sale on the AAW forum. If you are in the region it might be a good deal.

From the horses mouth, I telephoned Vicmarc over something else and asked this question; not a problem. You can add as many extensions as you wish, I was told.

If you go over a single 1000mm single extension, then you need a leg. So for every 1000mm extension you need one leg, if you add two extensions, two legs.

Vicmarc manufacture all of their lathes to order, as well as accessories, so unless a dealer in the USA has stock, it will need to be ordered. The factory will be closing down for Christmas for a month and re-opening in February; if that helps.
