    I am looking at that lot and thinking how many millions it is worth today. Whatever you paid 40 years ago was a great investment.

    I traded a spec house on a lake lot for it and another lake lot to build on in 1977 (while I was still single) and we haven't done much with it since. My fourth spec house, so started over again with nothing but land. Gotta get it producing income to keep the property tax paid on it.
