Did you pay him via the methods he requested? Because most people who don’t ask for PayPal do so because they don’t want people to have insurance. It’s a red flag - I only buy online with PayPal and only sell online with PayPal.

The last PM I received from Joe was on 4/16 confirming that he received payment with a promise to send the tracking number once the item shipped. I’ve PM’d him multiple times, sent him requests for a refund over Venmo, left voice messages at phone numbers associated with Joe Modern in Stone Mt GA, all to no avail. I even started a thread asking other members if anyone knew him.

Maybe a mod needs to step in on this one.

Regarding payments, the fee is paid by the seller. It’s about 3%, so in your case it would have been $12 and you wouldn’t be dealing with this.

Seems to me the only thing a moderator can do is ban the guy. It won’t get Keegan’s money back. First time I’ve heard of someone getting ripped off on this forum. Other Creekers should take note.
