Rockler JIG IT Deluxe Concealed Hinge Drilling System with 35mm Forstner bit.

I bought this with a kitchen remodel in mind. My plans changed so these are up for sale, They are completely unused. The jig box was never opened and the forstner bit still has the plastic dip protection.
