    Grandson tool chest plan hunt

    All,
I am looking to build my grandson a tool chest. Looking thru my mountains of books, magazines and misc plans I have not found "the one" yet. Wondering if this group has any tips or pointers? I have made my son the fine woodworking plan version. Just came across some spalted maple and walnut which I would like to use for material.

    Thanks for your help!
    Chris

Nto sure which one you’ve built before but the Pekovich Portable tool chest and the North Bennet tool chest are both very nice tool chests. I’ve built both and really like them.

Have you considered making a clone of one of these Gerstners? LINK

Sure sounds like a neat project! I would be keen to see what you come up with!
    Best Regards, Maurice
