Maybe a Millers Falls/ Goodell Pratt Co. ?

Will need a good cleaning, and a drop or 3 of oil...

    Here is the catalog page:

    Goodell-Pratt #5-1:2 B Drill.jpg

Except for the handle it is pretty much the same as the #5-1/2 > https://sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?291909

    Steven,

The reason it followed you home is that it knew you were going to restore it and thus make it prettier and more functional. Can you blame it for wanting to follow you home? It was looking only at it's own self interest.

    Steven,

It is not "Looking a little better," it is looking much much better. Keep us in the loop. Are you going to paint it? The back side is looking really good.

I have a chuck to work on, but it is boxed up with tons of other stuff since our move. Is a chuck fairly difficult to trouble shoot, or is it not to bad?
