FS - Bailey No. 3, Type 11 plane

I have had this plane for several years, as well. As I recall, I refinished the Rosewood knob and tote and they are solid with no cracks or repairs. The Stanley blade shows some pitting just back of the edge. Apparently in an earlier life moisture collected between the chip breaker and the blade. Depending on your usage, there is still quite a bit of life left in the blade before one would need be concerned about the pitting.

I have kept the plane waxed and in a cabinet. The sole is in good shape and the body is solid. The japanning is about 80% perhaps. I actually like the No. 3 better than the 4 as I have smaller hands.

$95, plus shipping. Payment by personal check. If you buy both the No. 4 and the No. 3, then $170, plus shipping.
