I sure wouldn't want to pay their regular prices, but those sale prices look great. Free shipping from an Iowa family business, sure looks good.

I don't know for sure, but most items seem to always been on sale. I don't normally buy lumber online but they have something very specific (4x4 walnut legs) that I can't find locally and for this particular project I don't want to glue up 8/4 stock.
