52" Delta Unisaw Anniversary Edition with Biesemeyer Fence and Incra Mitre, New Motor

For sale is my 52" Delta Unisaw 50th Anniversary Edition (Cat. No.36-943)

The saw is in good shape overall. The current motor has begun to intermittently get overheated if you run the saw continually . HOWEVER, I have replaced the original 5hp motor with an identical 5hp motor specific to this machine which includes the mounting bracket. It is not installed.
This motor cost me $1250 alone.
