Oppsss, how do I fix this?

I was doing q small repair for a neighbor when I noticed I must have touched the surface with my ungloved hand and created a couple smudge of JB Weld epoxy to the surface of the workpiece. How do I remove or at least make it look better. Thanks for any suggestions. I feel so bad I didn't pick up on the smudges until it was set, which makes this a tougher problem.Don M

Unfortunately, epoxy is a chemical bond and to make things more difficult, the blue background isn't a solid color. I would consider approaching a local artist and see if they can identify what type of paint was originally used and match it. That is paint, correct? I'm not looking at fabric am I?
