i ended up getting the parts from Fluid Transfer Systems, Inc. in michigan. i called Sames-Kremlin to see if i could purchase from them directly, given that they are ~10 miles from me... they said no. they said "sherwin williams is our biggest account for parts, and then independent vendors." i didn't shop around, just went to FTS. Sames-Kremlin said that the parts should generally be price fixed, but SW gets a discount given their size. these parts are expensive - a few rebuild kits with gaskets and such, ~$500.

I get mine from Woodfinisher’sdepot.com. Also get the conversion varnish there that I use.

Always use the word "impossible" with extreme caution
