Are WoodRiver carving tools made by Schaaf?

I'm shopping around for a beginner's wood carving set, and I've seen Schaaf tools recommended occasionally:
    https://www.schaaftools.com/products/premium-hand-sharpened-schaaf-full-size-wood-carving-tools-set-of-12

But then I came across this WoodRiver set, that looks suspiciously similar:
    https://www.woodcraft.com/products/carving-tool-set-12-piece-woodriver

The blades are very similar, except for the lack of a logo, and the assortment and description of the set is also very similar. And perhaps most obviously, the tool roll appears identical.

I'm guessing that Woodcraft / WoodRiver has commissioned Schaaf to make a custom version of their tools with a different handle. If that's the case, is there any reason to prefer one version over the other? I haven't seen any reviews of the WoodRiver set anywhere, so it's a bit of a mystery to me...

    Thanks

The WoodRiver carving tools look a lot like the Pfeil carving tools. I don't see a lot of similarities with the Schaaf. Even the steel looks like the Pfeil tools (to me).

Ah, I guess it makes sense that both brands would be trying to emulate Pfeil, and would therefore have some similarities even if they're otherwise unrelated.
