    They never stop trying

USPS delivered this envelope supposedly VIA British Royal Mail today. This scam has been around for decades online. Gotten my share but never bu actual mail. My only thought is they are targeting older folks who may not have online experience. IDK. Almost tossed it without opening. Even my wife regarded it being bs before I opened it. Wonder how many of these they sent out? Surely no one still falls for this. 8BDB351C-5456-4A2D-AC0A-0C585AE340FD.jpg70F3B962-3676-40FB-8CED-16F77622FDB1.jpg

I'm almost 110% sure that I can't stand crooks. A funny read, thank you.

your last name is only the 283rd most common last name in the US (109433 have it in the US census). I am sure Michael makes it completely unique Or did they send this to the other 109432 Webers?

Our deceased relative was in Canada when he croaked, at least that's what the letter said. Funny thing is it was sent to my wife, using my last name as her maiden name. Both names begin with a W, so it's an easy mistake, I guess.

They'll stop trying when it no longer pays. I guess it still pays.

How do these work? I'm guessing you would have to send them some money so they can complete the secret, classified release of funds???
