    the only return finished pictures i got back were the duck boat
    (painted and floating)

    It does indeed look cool. It look's like the little racer in the Practical Handyman's Encyclopedia. I bet it really goes.

    When you build that boat you fill the bow and sides with foam so it is unsinkable. Although it is designed for a 7.5 hp outboard you can put a 25 on it and it will fly with two small boys on board Once on step you steer by leaning right or left.

    My friends father built him one about 60 years ago, it was an amazing ride.

    i passed this project finished to about 80% to a cottage owner
    and they were supposed to send me photos, but.....not so far
