    Small walnut end table/bookcase

Finally moved this project upstairs from the shop. Essentially Mission style with my design. The case is 24L x 11W x 24T and all joints are M&T with dovetail ends for the top front rail. It is my first project using dyes (TransFast) and 2nd with the Fuji spray system. The finish is the dye, seal coat of shellac, and 3 coats of Target 8000 semi gloss. Sanded to 320 between each step.

The dye was a big help for making the colors of walnut more uniform. All of the knowledge used to complete the finish was obtained from the great group of folks on the SMC finishing forum. Thanks to all.
Rustic? Well, no. That was not my intention!

Very nice....I like the tone of the finished product. What color dye did you use?

Very nice! I really like all the shadow lines of the multiple vertical elements.
