I ordered a piece of equipment and didn't hear anything for a long time. They finally told me it was in a container somewhere. After thinking it over I cancelled the order. About ten hours later I got a notice the item had shipped. I thought that was strange, esp. on Monday when I checked and my credit card had been credited for the full amount. Sure enough it shows up in the mail. I sent an email to the person I'd been speaking with telling her that I received the package and would be happy to return it if they sent a UPS pick up or prepaid postage sticker. I sent that email Feb. 27 and haven't heard anything. How long do I reasonably wait before doing something with the item? Maybe one of these big companies that an item like this isn't worth bothering with.
