I have had my Redsail laser for over 8 years now. And recently upgraded my old bearing style rails withblockrail.jpg. It' has been a well worth upgrade. I am getting cleaner cuts. That was few months ago, and I have since decided to upgrade the tube. My other tube was going bad so it was good time. I cut a hole on the right side of the laser. Use a steel round pipe for the outer frame, and an PVC inner round pipe with rubber insulation. I then went with new power supply and more powerful laser tube. So far things are working great, and I'm cutting faster then ever. IMG_20220212_175019.jpg

Sorry for the fuzzy picture. But just thought I would give ideas for others thinking of doing the same thing.
