    Luminated Snowman

Luminated Snowman, 4 1/4" at the base and stands 7" tall. Wood is Maple, and African Blackwood for the nose, hat is painted Black. The lights are Fairy lights I found on Amazon, glass Christmas ornament from Hobby Lobby. Thanks to thetinyturner for the inspiration to try this.

That is super cute. What is the power source?

Battery powered, I found some similar fairy lights on Amazon. I wanted to put some Christmas decorations by the driveway where there is no plug. I did not get around to finding battery or solar powered ones yet... Next year!

I think this equates nicely to wood turning as well . . . . .

It reminds me of the TV cartoon classic. Frosty The Snowman, just after the kids put the magic hat on frosty he swirls to life.
