Looking for a Katz-Moses style stop block with flip up feature

The Katz-Moses stop block has a great advantage in not moving at all when a piece of wood is pushed against it.

Unfortunately it does not flip out of the way. For me, flip up feature is essential so that I can cut one end of stock with block flipped up, and other end with block flipped down.

Should be possible to produce the Katz stop block with a firm hinge for flip up. Has anyone seen such a thing? might be a great business opportunity for someone.

The Kreg KMS8000 is good from what I’ve found. As long as you don’t slam the stock against the stop block it’s right on. Good luck!

I watched the video and am struggling to see what's innovative about this...seems like just a regular stop block?

I guess I've never had an issue with a stop block deflecting in use. I suppose if you were having that issue, a wider block would be more stiff. Something like this?

He has a YouTube video where he demonstrates it in use. The micro-adjust feature is the innovative part IMO.

I don't know what size stock OP is typically cutting, but the KM block is designed to be able to sit forward of the fence quite a bit, the idea being you can cut a part without touching the stop block if the size permits. He demonstrates it at 4:30 of the video.

I saw that in the video, where the stock slides behind the stop for the first cut. Good solution when it works, but won't work on anything larger than the space behind the stop. That would include, for example table legs greater than about 1 inch wide, and any stock wider than height of fence. For this reason I prefer a flip up stop that I can use in every situation.
