    Italian motor, American electricity

    I got in an older Italian bandsaw with the original motor.

    The motor is three phase, 4 hp, 50 hz, 380 V, 1420 rpm.

    The three phase panel at the shop is 240 V.

    Can I run this motor, and if not is it feasible to have it modified?
