So I left the table closed and flooded with water last night, mainly out of tiredness.

I turned on the pump this morning and it vacuumed to 24 in hg. I couldn't see any water spots from a bag hole. But there were a few spots where water got in around the perimeter / seal. So I'm going to try rtv sealant around the seal.

Whew. Got it. It needed some sealant somewhere on the inside sticky side of the seal.

Feels so good to get this solved. I have a job requiring more veneering and I was getting nervous.
