    Could be Atlantic Cedar. It has a brown tint, even digging my nail into it, but after 150+ years, I don’t know how it ages.

    I took a ride about a month ago to Williamsburg, but ended up in the Mariner’s Museum in Newport News. Oh my, what a place! I have a trip planned soon. Waiting for a fellow picker to get back from a trip who knows quite a few folks there, including the above mentioned Tara. Probably going to do some picking, and in this case not guitar, but antique picking!

    Here is another little gem I found. I do have the sliding supports for it- they are out for gluing some trim back on.

    Between antiques, bikes, cars, and military trucks (yep), I should be broke in a few weeks or so!
