Spreadsheet

I know this is probably a long shot, but here goes- I’ve heard of an Excel spreadsheet for calculating lampshade parameters. You enter the dimensions of the wooden frame you are wanting to make, and it calculates parts size, cut angles, etc.
I can’t find the thing anywhere.
Has anyone actually printed this out that would be willing to mail me a copy?

There's an Android app called Lamp Shade, but I don't know of one for Excel.
