Different Atkins Machinery - not the textile company but the SCM / Wurth / Gannomat dealer in New England.

I never heard of that company and I misremembered his last name as Barents as a joke. Looking it up now I wonder why a textile machine company would sell a wood planer?

    A little "t" goes a long way. https://www.akinsmachinery.com/used-machinery/

Yeah, I seem to have missed that “t” as well, but a google search got me to the right place pretty easily.

PS - I happen to know of a very solid 20” planer for sale from a member here in the MA/NH area if that is indeed where you’re located.
