Anyone use the Blum narrow locking device

Talking about the

TANDEM 563/569 Narrow Locking Device RH Blum T51.0801.20 R

Since it appears no place has the 1901 series of adjustable locking devices I'm wondering if this might be a substitute. I know I can get standard locking devices but really like the added adjustment of the 1901.
