    Re-finish advise

I built this white oak table a few yrs ago. It has been in my daughters home. They have sold the current house and the new house cannot accommodate a 3’x7’x1” table at this time. I picked it up the other day and with everything off it I am not very happy with the condition of the top. Structurally it has held up well, but the top needs attention. I put a couple coats of Daley’s shark-fin oil on it and 4 coats of wipe on Arm-R-Seal, which apparently was to little. Also as shown there are some cracks in the center board. I’m thinking some poly-iso to fill those (yes/no). I will sand it down and start over. I’d be much obliged for any suggestions so I don’t repeat the previous mistakes.
