Mission wall coat rack

Looking for suggestions. Want to build a simple wall mounted coat rack, but don't want to use metal coat hooks. Looking for ideas on how to cut wood hangers in the mission style. Thanks brian

The only design I've ever seen that combined Mission and Wood pegs is shown below. Kind of a Mission/Shaker blend to my eye.
