    I was going to suggest the same thing as Tom King. If you have a bottle jack, do you have a stout saw bench to place under your work bench and then use the bottle jack sitting on the saw bench to lift the workbench? Alternatively do you have straps that you could use to lash a a 2x6 or 4x4 beam to running on top of the leg spreaders that you can get the jack under? What kind of jack does your car have? That may work as well

    In my furniture moving days we often moved pieces by putting a layer or two of cardboard under the leges. If you can find waxed cardboard it might even provide more slip.
