    If you like wooden planes...

    I'm near Lewisburg, Pa with lots of antiqe malls. Thought I'd pass this on.

    There are molding planes out the wazoo, pretty reasonable. Any iron planed, though are few and far between and most sellers must have learned pricing from Wall St. Runaway greed. But if you like wood, check it out!

    Buying a woodie without the iron can be a real crap shoot.

    A few bladeless woodies were given to me and finding blades is difficult at best and expensive at worst. Though a damaged woodie can make a good donor.

    I just edited my post-I meant iron planes! Sorry 'bout that.
    Very few had anything missing-one transitional plane had a missing lever cap otherwise I would have grabbed it.
    The majority were complete.
