Plenty of 3/16 diameter bits out there, but nothing even close to 1 1/4 cutting length. Might be out there somewhere, but it would be a very fragile bit.

I agree with Paul. I do have a 3/16" o-flute for my CNC that I use for cutting plastic, but in those smaller sizes, long cutting lengths are rare. The best bet is a "foam" bit, but they are not really a good fit for cutting deep in wood because they are so fragile as Paul mentioned.
