    ACM planer

Dear Sirs, My husband just bought a ACM planer at an auction. It has the following printed on it, Austaila ACM planer Tipo SD-24 Italy C and H molder. If anyone knows where we can get an owners manual for it please contact me at jfreppon48@yahoo.com Thank you for your time. Sincerely Mrs. Jeannie Freppon

    Jeannie,

Welcome to the "Creek." You'll find this a great place to be. Can't help with info on the planer, but there will be someone here that will know.

There is a company in northern Italy called ACM which makes woodworking machines. Sometimes their products are sold under their own name, and sometimes under others'. Right now, they're best known in the US for bandsaws sold by Laguna, Wilke, and Felder.

I don't know of a web site for ACM, but their contact info is:
    ACM
    Via A. Einstein, 7
    I-42017 NOVELLARA (RE)
    Tel. +39 522 / 661284-652259
    Fax. +39 522 / 653433

If you get a manual for your machine from ACM, I'm pretty sure it will be in Italian.
