Different retail model, Falling Prices store

A friend told us about a store she just went to. They are based around Sacramento CA. They have several locations selling returned store merchandise for cheap. Clothes, furnishings, small appliances. She saw no tools. no fitting rooms, no returns. Some thing about auctions for bigger items? No info about that on the web site. she saw nothing worth over $100 retail.

Open on Tuesday everything is $6.00
    Wednesday everything is $4.00
    Thursday everything is $ 2.00
    Friday everything is $1.00
    Saturday everything is $0.25

    Sunday/Monday closed to restock.
They have a membership club you can join for free or pay for premium. Members get in first in the morning. The premium lets you jump the line to get in. No info on cost.

She bought $40 of dogfood for $4.00. Sheets sets worth $35 for $4.00 and some other small stuff

My kids bought clothes at a store that operated something like that. Only thing is if you really like something you had to wonder if it would be purchased before you went back to get it cheaper. Good way for shops to move inventory

Amazon does it also. I think a third party is involved.
Noble Appliance just opened a store in town. They sell new, returned appliances.
Never, under any circumstances, consume a laxative and sleeping pill, on the same night
