Reconditioned or Rebuilt Delta Power Tools

Is there anyone out there who knows of a company in Lower Michigan which reconditions all Delta power tools?
I found it about a year ago and saved it to my favorites on my computer however, somehow it got deleted.
I believe it was somewhere near Detroit but, not sure on the exact location. On their web site they had great looking picture of their rebuilt equipment. Appreciate if anyone know of the company. Thanks, Gary
