When to flatten this slab after glue up?

I just got done gluing up this slab for a new workbench I am building. It's dry beech from a local hardwood supply. I'm going to do the router sled method to flatten it. How long should I wait to do this? I want it to stay flat and stable. My garage keeps at a constant temp all year. I didn't know if this could keep moving after a recent glue up.

That's enough staves so that movement shouldn't be an issue. I would flatten that the same day I glued it up. The problem now is storing it as to not cause it to cup due to imbalanced exposure. Either cocer both faces or expose them equally.
