    A what "Ladder"

Daughter calls it a Blanket Ladder....It can also hold towels, if need be..

made from Ash. Treads are parallel to the floor, yet the sides lean back at 12 degrees, and the splay outwards at 12 degrees....Made for some tricky mortise work....through, wedged tenons, to boot..

    A Stanley #45 made 2 beads...and a 3rd one appeared inbetween them....wedges are Rosewood..

Coat of stain, then a decent coat of rattle can clear gloss poly....

    Daughter LIKED it...

Very nice Stephen – nothing better than building a project for family member that they actually like!

I didn't realize that a "blanket ladder" was a thing, but my wife asked for something similar to hold pillows and blankets.

    Thanks for sharing! Cheers, Mike

Excellent craftsmanship. I particularly like the wedges.

Nice, I've seen them for towels in guest rooms in peoples houses.
