    This is a real risk that many folks forget about, particularly for items that are not used as often. I'm already taking a hard look at that as we prepare for our move...identifying things that just need to be culled completely and other items that probably should be purchased in the smaller amounts.

    It kinda depends upon what kind of food one makes...I use a lot of things, although some of them are for specific types of ethnic dishes and are not used often. Several types of curries are examples there.

    The risk for us is that we have about 30 bottles of cayenne.
