Trotec Speedy 360 80 Watt Question

Can anyone tell me why my Trotec Speedy 360 would stop recognizing the different colors for engraving. If I send blue for a different speed, it recognizes it a black. I even ran the part that was black separate, then sent the blue by it self, turned the black off and it didn't recognize the blue to engrave, I had to turn the blue off and pretend it was black, then it engraved it.

Also, my "Z" axis is registering zero when focused on a sheet of metal.

    HELP please, anyone?

just a thought... have you verified it is truly RGB blue (0,0,255) and not slightly off (like 0,0,254 or 1,2,255), or actually CMYK blue (255,255,0,0)?

I did. Trotec support just called and I just had to change the "Halftone" dropdown box to color and it fixed it. Thank you for your response.
